Job Requirements
- One year of veterinary experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Calm and caring demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, emotionally rewarding environment
- Fluent English speaking and reading skills
Job Qualifications
- One year of veterinary experience (CSR or VA) required
- Triage experience strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent English skills (speaking and reading)
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Calm and caring demeanor
- Basic veterinary knowledge is a plus
Job Duties
- Delivering warm, knowledgeable customer service in person and over the phone
- Professionally documenting medical records
- Assisting with estimates and invoices in collaboration with DVMs
- Triage support and patient assessment upon arrival
- Coordinating multiple priorities in high-stakes situations
- Providing basic animal restraint and veterinary assistance
