Job Requirements

  • One year of veterinary experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Calm and caring demeanor
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, emotionally rewarding environment
  • Fluent English speaking and reading skills

Job Qualifications

  • One year of veterinary experience (CSR or VA) required
  • Triage experience strongly preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent English skills (speaking and reading)
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Calm and caring demeanor
  • Basic veterinary knowledge is a plus

Job Duties

  • Delivering warm, knowledgeable customer service in person and over the phone
  • Professionally documenting medical records
  • Assisting with estimates and invoices in collaboration with DVMs
  • Triage support and patient assessment upon arrival
  • Coordinating multiple priorities in high-stakes situations
  • Providing basic animal restraint and veterinary assistance
