  • previous receptionist or customer service experience veterinary experience preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • basic computer proficiency
  • compassionate and comfortable working around animals

Job Duties

  • Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally
  • answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • manage patient records and update client information
  • process payments and handle billing inquiries
  • coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff
  • maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting room area
  • assist with general administrative duties as needed
