Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
strong phone etiquette
proficient computer skills
ability to multitask efficiently
excellent communication skills
ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Job Duties

Greet clients and pets by name with a positive attitude
answer phones promptly and professionally using a multi-line system
schedule appointments and surgeries according to hospital guidelines
enter accurate charges and explain invoices to clients
collect payments and process credit cards and checks
verify client eligibility with charge accounts
update and maintain accurate client and medical records
advise clients on preventive care products and retail items
