Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or veterinary support roles is a plus
- strong interpersonal and communication skills

- adaptable to changing work environments and travel requirements
- willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Job Duties
- greet pet parents at clinic locations and recommend services
- assist veterinarians during appointments
- provide exceptional customer service
- travel to assigned Petco clinic locations throughout the market
- support team members and collaborate effectively
- maintain a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
- ensure responsibility and accountability in all tasks
