Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to read and speak English
- Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than one moving violation or at-fault accident on driving record in the past three years
- Must obtain a Class C license within 30 days of hire if an Illinois resident
- Twelve months work experience required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must comply with Department of Transportation regulations including medical examinations
- Must not engage in moonlighting (no other paid employment allowed)
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Twelve months work experience preferably with box trucks
- Ability to read and speak English
- Valid driver's license with no more than one moving violation or at-fault accident in the past three years
- Preferred Class C license or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire (Illinois residents)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Ability to safely operate various vehicles
Job Duties
- Clean vehicle interior and exterior including windshields, windows, and mats
- Drive various vehicles safely and efficiently on and off the lot and during local deliveries
- Check and maintain fluid levels
- Notify manager of potential unsafe equipment, vehicle problems, or conditions
- Perform basic maintenance such as checking tire pressure, replacing marker lights, and maintaining lift gates
- Keep work area, tools, and equipment clean and organized
- Maintain reliable attendance
