Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to obtain a notary commission within the first 90 days
- Ability to satisfy state-specific licensing requirements
- Ability to maintain a clean driving record
- Must pass drug test and obtain DOT Medical Card
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including loading/unloading vehicles
- Ability to sustain physical activity for extended periods
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to obtain required state certifications and licenses
- Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity for frequent driving
- Ability to comply with Carvana’s CMV driver qualification policy
Job Duties
- Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with custom car haulers
- Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler
- Regularly inspect the car-hauler to maintain vehicle safety
- Complete customer paperwork and record thorough notes in the tracking system
- Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with company policy
- Obtain a local notary commission within 90 days of employment
- Satisfy state-specific requirements related to DMV access and title/registration systems
