Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Class B CDL preferred
- Clean driving record with no serious violations in the past three years
- Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA qualification requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience or 1 year of CarMax experience
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs and winch vehicles during loading
- Ability to operate a manual transmission
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Additional licensing requirements may apply for specific states including Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, and Mississippi

Job Duties
- Operate a two-car hauler for vehicle deliveries
- Load, transport, and off-load vehicles at various locations
- Facilitate completion of home delivery transactions
- Interact with customers and team members to provide excellent customer service
- Perform guided condition verifications for transported vehicles
- Verify that vehicles meet cosmetic standards before delivery
- Comply with DOT/FMCSA regulations and company policies including inspections and hours-of-service requirements
