Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- valid state-issued driver’s license
- class B CDL preferred
- clean driving record with no serious violations in the past three years
- ability to meet DOT and FMCSA qualification requirements
- one or more years of customer service experience
- one or more years of delivery driving experience or one year CarMax experience
- good communication and teamwork skills
- adherence to all applicable CarMax policies and procedures
- able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and winch transported vehicles during the loading process
- proficient in operating a manual transmission
- willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- Operate a two-car hauler for customer vehicle deliveries
- load, transport and off-load CarMax vehicles at various locations to ensure the right vehicle is in the right place at the right time for our CarMax teams and customers
- facilitate the completion of home delivery transactions
- interact with customers, other associates and team members to provide outstanding internal and external customer service
- perform a brief and guided condition verification for vehicles being transported to a CarMax location
- verify that all vehicles meet CarMax’s cosmetic standards before being delivered to a customer
- comply with applicable DOT/FMCSA requirements and CarMax policies related to the operation of a commercial vehicle, including thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and hours-of-service requirements
