Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- Serve as a one stop resource for customers by providing product, community, and activity-based knowledge
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant information to enhance customer experience
- Achieve sales and productivity goals using available resources
- Assist in execution and maintenance of visual merchandising and store standards
- Assume cashier duties as needed
- Assist with loss prevention initiatives
- Support the overall visual and operational maintenance of the store
