Job Requirements
- access to a reliable pickup truck
- smartphone with active data plan
- ability to carry up to 50lbs without assistance
- availability for evening shifts Sunday 6PM until completion
- availability for evening shifts Monday through Thursday 7PM until completion
- must be physically fit for active outdoor work
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in waste collection or similar physical roles helpful
- ability to operate a pickup truck safely and reliably
- strong time management and organizational skills
- good communication skills and customer service orientation
- physical capability to carry heavy items repeatedly
- familiarity with smartphones and navigation apps
Job Duties
- collect trash and recycling from residents' doors at assigned apartment communities
- load collected trash into a pickup truck
- transport trash to onsite compactors or bins
- maintain communication using a smartphone for updates and navigation
- perform physical tasks including carrying up to 50lbs
- adhere to scheduled evening shifts Sunday through Thursday
- ensure client satisfaction through prompt and reliable waste collection services
