Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must have access to a reliable open bed pickup truck
- smartphone with data plan
- ability to work evening shifts from 6 pm on Sundays and 7 pm Monday through Thursday until completion
- ability to carry heavy loads of up to 50 lbs
- physical ability to navigate stairs and walk for extended periods
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- previous experience in trash collection or similar role preferred
- ability to carry up to 50 lbs without assistance
- proficiency with smartphone for communication and navigation
- reliable access to open bed pickup truck
- good physical fitness and stamina
- strong work ethic and punctuality
Job Duties
- collect trash and recycling from residents doors at assigned apartment communities
- load collected trash into pickup truck
- transport trash to onsite compactors or trash bins
- navigate assigned routes using smartphone
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards during shifts
- communicate effectively with management and team members
- follow all safety protocols during trash collection
