Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year supervisory or customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Clean motor vehicle record with limited moving violations
  • Pass and maintain clean background check
  • Ability to communicate professionally and provide exceptional guest service
  • Ability to lead and engage a team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changes
  • Willingness to work 40+ hours on-site
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift moderate weights
  • Use of personal cell phone for work communication

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory or customer service experience preferred
  • Management or leadership training preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
  • Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to follow company policies and adapt to changing environments
  • Dependability and commitment to safety
  • Ability to engage and lead staff effectively

Job Duties

  • Assist in overseeing daily valet operations and staff performance
  • Address guest questions, concerns, and service issues promptly
  • Verify staff uniforms, grooming, attendance, and break adherence
  • Lead daily pre-shift meetings and maintain open communication
  • Manage setup and breakdown of valet equipment and staging areas
  • Oversee tip handling, payroll review, and vehicle counts
  • Supervise safety practices and submit incident reports
  • Promote a positive team culture focused on guest service and accountability
  • Perform additional tasks to support operational and financial goals
