Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year supervisory or customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with limited moving violations
- Pass and maintain clean background check
- Ability to communicate professionally and provide exceptional guest service
- Ability to lead and engage a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changes
- Willingness to work 40+ hours on-site
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift moderate weights
- Use of personal cell phone for work communication
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or customer service experience preferred
- Management or leadership training preferred
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean background check
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow company policies and adapt to changing environments
- Dependability and commitment to safety
- Ability to engage and lead staff effectively
Job Duties
- Assist in overseeing daily valet operations and staff performance
- Address guest questions, concerns, and service issues promptly
- Verify staff uniforms, grooming, attendance, and break adherence
- Lead daily pre-shift meetings and maintain open communication
- Manage setup and breakdown of valet equipment and staging areas
- Oversee tip handling, payroll review, and vehicle counts
- Supervise safety practices and submit incident reports
- Promote a positive team culture focused on guest service and accountability
- Perform additional tasks to support operational and financial goals
