Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory or related experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
  • Pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
  • Ability to work all shifts and 40+ hours onsite
  • Capacity for extended standing and walking
  • Ability to lift moderate weights
  • Use personal cell phone for work-related communication if needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree
  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory or related customer service/hospitality experience preferred
  • Management or leadership training, certifications, or business education preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record
  • Ability to provide exceptional guest service through professional communication and active listening
  • Adaptability to changing work environments and competing demands
  • Dependability with adherence to safety procedures and timely task completion
  • Ability to engage and motivate staff while promoting quality and continuous improvement

Job Duties

  • Assist the Guest Service Manager in overseeing daily valet operations and staff performance
  • Address guest questions, concerns, service issues, and claims with professionalism and prompt resolution
  • Verify associates are in full uniform and maintain proper grooming standards before clocking in
  • Lead daily pre-shift meetings to communicate updates and encourage teamwork
  • Manage the setup and breakdown of valet equipment and staging areas
  • Oversee tip handling, including shift cuts and reporting, and support payroll accuracy
  • Supervise valet operations to ensure safety in key handling and vehicle management
  • Foster a team-oriented culture focused on exceptional guest service
