Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record
- Ability to drive vans, limousines, and automobiles
- Knowledge of basic vehicle functions
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 100 pounds
- Flexible schedule including availability on weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform essential job functions continuously
- Willingness to assist co-workers and work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Current valid driver’s license with satisfactory motor vehicle report for 3 years
- Knowledge of state driving laws
- Exceptional communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to learn and adapt in a changing work environment
- Able to multitask and maintain telephone etiquette
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude
Job Duties
- Park and retrieve guest and visitor vehicles safely
- Assist guests with luggage upon check-in and check-out
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- Operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Provide courteous and timely service to ensure high guest satisfaction
- Assist co-workers and work cooperatively within a team
