Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate, read, and write in English
- Additional language skills valuable
- Self-starting personality with an even disposition
- Maintain professional appearance and manner
- Ability to pitch in and be a team player
- Knowledge of hotel service and local area events
- Ability to drive vans, limousines, and automobiles
- Excellent driving record verified by MVR
- Ability to handle luggage up to 100 lbs
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks including bending and running
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Current valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle report for 3 years
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Complete knowledge of all state driving laws
- Exceptional communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to learn in an ever-changing work environment
Job Duties
- Park and retrieve guest and visitors' vehicles safely
- Assist guests with luggage upon check-in and check-out
- Communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Uphold safety and security standards
- Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain records
- Work collaboratively as part of the front drive and arrival team
