Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license
- Must be 21 years of age to drive a patient or family vehicle
- Ability to be insured by UW Health's Risk Management insurer
- Successful completion of a driver's background check
- Two years of driving experience
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Excellent customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience preferred
- One year of experience with driving and parking vehicles preferred
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license
- Ability to be insured by UW Health's Risk Management insurer
- Successful completion of a driver's background check
- At least two years of driving experience
- Must be 21 years of age to drive a patient or family vehicle
Job Duties
- Provide remarkable customer service as a first and last impression of UW Health
- Initiate the parking transaction by approaching vehicles, greeting patients and visitors, and explaining services
- Manage and record valet parking transactions
- Assist patients in and out of vehicles and with wayfinding
- Maintain safety and security of vehicles while in valet care
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Comply with UW Health policies and procedures regarding driving and parking
