Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise
  • Ability to stand for 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements including lifting up to 20 pounds and carrying up to 10 pounds
  • Flexible schedule based on business needs
  • Successfully pass a background and driving record check

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome all arriving and departing guests in a proper manner
  • Communicate and answer all customer questions clearly and professionally
  • Open car and hospital doors for guests and assist with coats and luggage
  • Offer information about services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Assist guests with special needs or disabilities
  • Fill out valet tickets properly and conduct vehicle damage checks
  • Retrieve and park vehicles for guests quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain keys in an organized and secure manner
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance according to uniform standards
  • Keep the valet area clean, organized, and inviting
  • Work closely with hospital staff to ensure smooth arrivals and departures
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate valet operations
  • Support team members during busy periods or special events
  • Follow all safety protocols to ensure the security of guests and vehicles
  • Report any accidents, injuries, or incidents to supervisors immediately
  • Perform routine inspections of the valet area and equipment
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude with a passion for exceptional service
  • Exhibit impeccable grooming and professional appearance
  • Go above and beyond to assist guests and exceed expectations
