Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
  • Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Able to maintain professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards
  • Ability to work in varied weather conditions and outdoor settings
  • Willingness to use communication tools such as phones and radios as part of daily work

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required

Job Duties

  • Check vehicles for damage and record details on claim tickets
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles while following key handling procedures and safety guidelines
  • Clock in and out on time and report tips accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the valet area
  • Politely handle guest concerns, solve problems quickly, and support a positive team environment
  • Arrive on time, in full uniform, and adhere to company policies and rules
  • Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team and daily operations
