Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years)
  • Successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Maintain professional appearance including uniform and grooming
  • Work performed in indoor/outdoor settings including parking garages and active traffic areas
  • Use communication tools such as phones and radios
  • May need to use personal cell phone for work-related communication

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • A helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to deliver exceptional guest service through clear, professional communication and active listening
  • Ability to create welcoming, personalized interactions
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Ability to effectively adapt to changing environments and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to follow instructions, maintain schedules, and complete tasks on time

Job Duties

  • Record vehicle condition and damage on claim tickets
  • Safely operate guest vehicles and follow key handling protocols
  • Accurately clock in/out and report all tips
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
  • Arrive on time in uniform and follow all company policies
  • Assist with additional duties as needed
