Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
- Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Maintain professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards
- Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor settings including parking garages and active traffic areas
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest service through clear and professional communication
- Create welcoming and personalized interactions that enhance the guest experience
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Adapt effectively to changing environments and manage multiple responsibilities
- Follow instructions and complete tasks on time
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions
Job Duties
- Check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling and safety procedures
- Clock in and out for shifts and breaks punctually and report tips accurately
- Maintain the valet area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
- Support a positive team environment through cooperation and communication
- Arrive on time in full uniform and follow all company rules and policies
