Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience preferably in hospitality or vacation ownership
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with CRM and sales-related software
- High school diploma or equivalent experience

- Proven sales experience, at least 2 years, preferably in vacation ownership or hospitality industry
- Outstanding communication abilities with strong verbal and written skills
- Positive attitude and enthusiastic personality with a can-do mentality
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in relevant software including CRM tools
- High school diploma or equivalent experience demonstrating foundational skills
Job Duties
- Persuasively present and sell vacation ownership packages to potential customers, ensuring a high level of happiness and engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with guests and team members, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive environment
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by setting ambitious goals and working diligently
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding guests' needs and offering tailored solutions
- Participate in training programs to improve sales skills and product knowledge
- Follow up with potential clients and leads to ensure a seamless and successful sales process
