Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation preferred
- Must be able to follow safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical cleaning tasks

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation roles preferred
- Basic understanding of sanitation standards and safety regulations
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete assigned tasks diligently

- Compassionate and respectful attitude towards seniors and coworkers
Job Duties
- Perform dishwashing functions including setup and breakdown of dish machines following sanitation standards
- Clean, sanitize, and store dishes and kitchen equipment appropriately
- Conduct routine sanitation of kitchen equipment as per cycles or management instructions
- Sweep, mop, and clean floors maintaining high sanitary conditions
- Properly dispose of waste and clean trash receptacles inside and out
- Follow all sanitation standards complying with OBRA guidelines and production systems
- Identify and act on safety hazards and emergency situations immediately
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations when handling chemicals and practice safe food handling
