Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and management
- Willingness to adhere to company policies including a drug-free workplace
- Food Handler Certification preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to use digital tools and technology to drive business results
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Food Handler Certification preferred
Job Duties
- Supervises the prepared foods team including café and rotisserie departments
- Communicates department goals and executes company programs
- Ensures compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Manages production schedules and inventory according to seasonality and demand
- Utilizes digital tools for planning and decision-making
- Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Trains and develops team members and fosters career growth
