- minimum six months experience in a fresh production department or six months experience supervising a team
- must be 18 years of age or older
- successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period if hired

Job Duties
- supervise the team within all prepared foods departments by facilitating rotations and managing member needs to deliver on the business plan
- maintain in-depth knowledge of business floor and backroom operations ensuring quality, inventory, production, sanitation, equipment usage, safety, and compliance standards
- manage seasonality in production by understanding new products, recipes, and processes while prioritizing areas
- collaborate with associates and third parties to provide resources, share knowledge, and train the team
- leverage digital tools and handheld technology to plan sales, improve shopping experiences, and engage associates
- drive business results by planning for profitability, maintaining a clean and safe work area, ensuring staffing levels and compliance, and coordinating with other departments and vendors
- teach and train the team to develop skills, encourage career growth, source new talent, and implement processes to meet business needs
- promote and support compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity
- leads and participates in teams to coordinate work assignments, provide advice and feedback, and model adaptation to change
- embrace diversity and create a culture of belonging to support associates and attract talent
- maintain and promote the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and transparency
- deliver results while putting the customer first
