Job Requirements
- Six months experience in a fresh production department or six months experience supervising a team
- Successful completion of all job-required training and assessments within prescribed time periods
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Six months of experience in a fresh production department or six months of supervisory experience
- Experience supervising a team preferred
- Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) preferred
- Ability to use digital tools and technology for business operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and external partners
Job Duties
- Supervise the team within all prepared foods departments by facilitating rotations and managing members' needs
- Communicate the goals of the department and execute company programs
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of floor and backroom operations and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Manage production schedules and prioritize tasks across different areas such as café and rotisserie
- Use digital tools and handheld technology to plan sales, improve operations, and engage the team
- Drive business results by ensuring operational excellence, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and managing staffing levels
- Teach and train team members, identify training needs, and encourage career growth
- Develop and implement processes to meet business needs, collaborate with managers and partners, and promote compliance with company policies
- Lead team initiatives and support adaptation to change and new challenges
