Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- willingness to comply with drug free workplace policy
- physical ability to perform bakery duties including standing for extended periods and handling bakery equipment
- availability to work flexible schedules including holidays and special events
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 6 months experience in fresh production or bakery area
- knowledge of cake decorating techniques preferred
- experience working collaboratively in a team environment
- ability to use digital tools and handheld technology
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools tasks and resources
- plans bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- follows recipe and measurement instructions for cake decoration
- operates maintains and sanitizes bakery equipment
- ensures compliance with food safety sanitation and cold chain standards
- utilizes handheld technology to drive sales and manage production
- manages inventory and controls waste
- prepares for seasonal and special event bakery volumes
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves concerns
- acts as a brand ambassador by modeling high quality service
- trains and mentors associates
- adheres to company policies and ethics
- completes assignments using data resources and collaboration
- fosters a culture of respect inclusion and teamwork
- maintains integrity and accountability
- prioritizes customer satisfaction and business goals
