Job Requirements
- 6 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team
- must be 18 years of age or older
- successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed timeframe

Job Duties
- develops communicates and implements processes and practices to meet business needs
- demonstrates promotes and supports compliance with company policies procedures and standards of ethics and integrity
- leads and participates in teams by sharing resources information and tools and coordinating work assignments
- supervises the team within the cafe managing members needs to deliver business plan goals
- maintains knowledge of floor and backroom operations ensuring compliance with quality inventory production sanitation safety standards
- leverages digital tools to improve sales shopping experience and associate engagement
- teaches and trains the team providing skills development and encouraging career growth
