Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • based in Dallas, TX or immediate surrounding area
  • no prior flight attendant experience required
  • able to stand and move for extended periods
  • able to handle physical tasks related to baggage handling
  • flexible availability including weekends and on-call shifts
  • customer service experience

Job Duties

  • greet passengers at the terminal with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • perform all aspects of passenger check-in including verifying reservations, issuing boarding passes, and tagging baggage
  • answer phones and respond to customer inquiries about flight schedules and fares
  • handle baggage ensuring it complies with aircraft limitations
  • communicate with pilots and ground crew to ensure on-time departures
  • make boarding announcements and escort passengers to the aircraft
  • ensure safety and comfort of all passengers in the cabin during flights
  • provide personalized safety briefings to passengers before takeoff
  • secure the cabin including all baggage and carry-on items
  • monitor passengers during the flight for comfort and safety compliance
  • offer complimentary in-flight snacks and beverages
  • assist passengers with deplaning upon arrival
