Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- ability to stand for long periods and read computer terminals
- ability to push, pull, or move objects weighing at least 25 pounds
- ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom with activities such as bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- knowledge of retail sales principles and customer service
- ability to operate cash register and point of sale systems
- basic understanding of visual merchandising
- ability to work as part of a team
- commitment to upholding company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- maintain brand and operational standards including visual merchandising and cleanliness
- manage customer needs by using UNIQLO service standards and six standard phrases
- assist with fitting room standards and operations
- act as cashier following cashier protocols
- process shipments and ensure merchandise is fully stocked on the sales floor
- assist management with identifying and resolving store issues
- provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- follow all company policies and notify management of any infractions
- assist with special projects as assigned by management
