Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Licensed in state of residence
- Domiciled in the U.S.
- Ability to obtain DOT medical card
- Documented tractor-trailer driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Compliance with federal and state laws
- English proficiency
- Willingness to work assigned schedule and location
- Pass background investigation and drug screening
- Capability to work safely and stay alert
- Physical ability to operate vehicle and handle cargo area
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Documentation of 1 year tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5 years
- Hold or ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- English language proficiency
- Ability to accept responsibility for safety
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Full attendance and reliability
Job Duties
- Drive late-model Penske leased trucks designed for comfort
- Perform dock-to-dock local grocery deliveries
- Handle no-touch freight ensuring minimal physical handling
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers
- Adhere to scheduled routes and dispatch times
- Return home daily ensuring work-life balance
- Comply with safety and company policies
