Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Ability to obtain and maintain DOT medical certification
- Minimum of one year tractor-trailer driving experience
- Clean driving record with minimal violations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- English proficiency
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Able to lift and move up to 100lbs
- Ability to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Ability to obtain non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
- One year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last three years or two years in the last five years
- Three years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- Compliance with federal and state transportation laws
- English language proficiency
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work required schedule and at specified location
Job Duties
- Drive late model Penske Truck Leasing trucks with best-in-class comfort and safety features
- Load and unload crates of groceries to grocery stores
- Adhere to federal, state, and company safety regulations
- Operate on a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
