Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
- Currently hold or ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
- 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5 years
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- Follow all federal and state laws and regulations
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- English language proficiency
- Work the required schedule
- Complete employment application
- Submit to background investigation and drug screening
- Ability to accept responsibility for personal and others’ safety
- Physical ability to perform job functions including lifting up to 100 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Ability to obtain or currently hold a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
- Minimum one year of documented tractor-trailer experience within last three years or two years within last five years
- Clean DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents in the past three years
- Strong knowledge of federal and local transportation laws
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work the required schedule and complete all hiring prerequisites including background check and drug screening
Job Duties
- Hauling construction materials to customer locations
- Unloading trailer with Moffit forklift
- Adhering to local routes and schedules
- Operating flatbed trucks safely and efficiently
- Ensuring vehicle maintenance and cleanliness
- Complying with all DOT and company safety regulations
- Providing excellent customer service on every delivery
