Job Requirements
- Ability to read, write and communicate information accurately
- Stamina to lift at least 75 lbs in order to carry materials such as drywall materials and joint compound
- Ability to remain standing 90 percent of the time
- Capacity to move constantly while unloading materials from commercial motor vehicles
- Frequent lifting of materials weighing up to 100 lbs while unloading and loading flatbed
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be able to communicate with management and coworkers to exchange accurate information
- Ability to prioritize job sites and deadlines
- Ability to manage stress depending on customer’s deadline
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to receive information and directions
- Ability to quickly communicate solutions if problems occur
- Demonstrate a high degree of sound judgment

Job Duties
- Compliance of company, state and federal guidelines particularly as it relates to OSHA and DOT for the safety of all personnel
- Perform pre-trip inspections of equipment, paperwork and loaded product to ensure accuracy of order
- Safely unload product and deliver to assigned area as directed by the customer
- Secure mud, equipment, metal, and pallet on truck
- Navigate routes to the job site
- Prepare and restore job site as needed
- Maintain and prepare truck and equipment for following day
