Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Two or more years of restaurant experience including progressive supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent management and supervisory skills
- Current valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to read, understand and follow instructions

Job Duties
- Develop people that can be promoted under your leadership
- Be proficient in every position and willing to work in position when needed
- Recruit, interview, hire and train new crew members
- Drive shifts by providing daily goals and clear direction
- Maintain employee schedule and fill in when needed
- Train and coach crew members and crew leaders
- Manage daily cafe functions including food preparation, quality control, customer service, and cleaning
- Ensure safe sanitation practices in food handling
- Conduct weekly food inventory and analyze reports
- Manage ordering, inventory processes, and invoice reconciliation
- Achieve sales goals, manage labor, and control inventory
- Conduct daily cash management and resolve shortages
- Correct and submit payroll hours by deadline
- Perform additional tasks for cafe operation
- Attend weekly conference calls, training, and area meetings
- Review and understand profit and loss statements
- Work varied schedule including weekends, holidays, late evenings, and early mornings
