Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in hotel operations, rooms, or food and beverage management
  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient with hotel systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays for Overnight Operations Manager
  • Detail-oriented with financial and analytical skills
  • Flexible and reliable
  • Passionate about hospitality and guest service

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of progressive hotel experience in operations, rooms, or food and beverage
  • Proven leadership and supervisory background
  • Strong communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with hotel systems and Microsoft Office
  • Passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • 1+ year experience in hotel front office, audit, or operations at lifestyle or luxury property
  • Supervisory experience for overnight role
  • Financial and analytical skills
  • Calm and solutions-driven leadership
  • Knowledge of PMS systems, FSD certification a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, engineering, and food and beverage
  • Serve as Manager on Duty, keeping operations running smoothly in the General Manager's absence
  • Build and lead a high-performing team with coaching and support
  • Drive service standards that delight guests
  • Partner with leadership on financial reports, cost control, and overall performance
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards and safety regulations
  • Be visible, approachable, and proactive on the hotel floor
  • Lead overnight hotel operations as Manager on Duty
  • Supervise front office, housekeeping, and engineering during night shifts
  • Handle guest arrivals, late check-ins, requests, and emergencies with confidence
  • Perform nightly audit duties including balancing daily charges, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports
  • Ensure property safety and security protocols are followed
  • Train, support, and motivate overnight associates
  • Communicate with day leadership to ensure smooth handoffs
