Job Requirements

  • Current RN license
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in MICU or critical care nursing
  • Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts
  • Willingness to relocate temporarily for 13 weeks to Fort Smith, Arkansas
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Prior experience in Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) nursing
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills

Job Duties

  • Provide intensive care to critically ill patients in the medical ICU
  • Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Document patient information accurately and timely
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions and care procedures
  • Maintain infection control and patient safety protocols
