Job Requirements
- Current RN license
- Minimum of 1 year experience in MICU or critical care nursing
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Willingness to relocate temporarily for 13 weeks to Fort Smith, Arkansas
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Prior experience in Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) nursing
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
Job Duties
- Provide intensive care to critically ill patients in the medical ICU
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care procedures
- Maintain infection control and patient safety protocols
