Job Requirements

  • active OK or compact RN license required at time of consideration
  • minimum 2 years of recent labor and delivery experience required
  • certifications required BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate
  • candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility
  • current and valid state-issued ID or driver’s license and a utility bill with matching address dated within the last 3 months are required
  • two professional references required
  • returning staff must have been separated from the facility for at least one year

Job Qualifications

  • certification in ACLS
  • certification in NRP
  • certification in AWHONN Intermediate
  • ability to live more than 75 miles from the facility
  • valid state-issued ID or driver’s license and a utility bill dated within the last 3 months

Job Duties

  • work in a hospital labor and delivery unit
  • night shifts 3x12 hours from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
  • float within scope to sister facilities as needed
  • use Epic for charting
  • provide comprehensive care to patients in labor and delivery, supporting both mothers and newborns
  • adapt to hospital protocols and support clinical team as needed
  • follow scrub attire guidelines provided by facility
