Job Requirements
- Active RN license (VA or Compact)
- Minimum 2 years labor and delivery RN experience
- Epic EMR experience
- Two professional references
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid Social Security card
- Ability to work 3x12 hour day shifts
- Availability starting March 16, 2026
- Willingness to complete a 13-week contract
Job Qualifications
- Active RN license in Virginia or compact state
- Minimum 2 years experience in labor and delivery nursing
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
- Two professional references
Job Duties
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to labor and delivery patients
- Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs closely throughout labor
- Collaborate with healthcare team to manage labor progression and delivery
- Document patient information accurately using Epic EMR system
- Respond quickly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
- Educate and support patients and families during labor and delivery
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards
