ability to be on your feet for at least 2 hours
ability to carry up to 30 lbs
respectful attitude towards community and property
willingness to work part-time night shifts
reliable and punctual

Job Duties

collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to dumpsters
wear provided personal protective equipment
take and email pictures for daily reports
walk up and down stairs during shifts
maintain cleanliness and tidiness in assigned areas
work independently with minimal supervision
represent the company professionally in the community
