- ability to be on your feet for at least 2 hours
- ability to carry up to 30 lbs
- open bed pickup truck
- willing to work night shifts
- respectful to community and property
- able to work part-time starting at 7 pm

- good communication skills
- ability to work independently
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow instructions accurately
- basic smartphone proficiency for reporting purposes
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps
- carry trash to dumpsters
- use personal protective equipment while working
- take and email pictures for daily reports
- walk up and down stairs frequently
- maintain cleanliness and order within designated properties
- report work progress and issues promptly
