- Basic computer and smartphone competency
- Must adhere to Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission hiring guidelines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow strict safety and security protocols
- Willingness to assist other teams as needed

- Prior delivery experience preferred
- Experience working within the cannabis industry preferred
Job Duties
- Perform daily vehicle inspection to ensure all mechanical and security systems are operational prior to departure
- Validate that all associated paperwork is accurate and the correct inventory is loaded
- Follow predetermined delivery routes to securely deliver cannabis products to recipients
- Check-in periodically with the assigned transit supervisor and notify of any route deviations or unscheduled stops
- Relay relevant delivery notes promptly to the Logistics Manager
- Ensure departmental compliance with internal policies and state and local laws
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness of the delivery vehicle
- Prevent diversion of cannabis to unauthorized persons
- Assist inventory and sales teams as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager
