Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Clean driving record
  • Basic computer and smartphone competency
  • Must adhere to Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission hiring guidelines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow strict safety and security protocols
  • Willingness to assist other teams as needed

  • Prior delivery experience preferred
  • Experience working within the cannabis industry preferred

Job Duties

  • Perform daily vehicle inspection to ensure all mechanical and security systems are operational prior to departure
  • Validate that all associated paperwork is accurate and the correct inventory is loaded
  • Follow predetermined delivery routes to securely deliver cannabis products to recipients
  • Check-in periodically with the assigned transit supervisor and notify of any route deviations or unscheduled stops
  • Relay relevant delivery notes promptly to the Logistics Manager
  • Ensure departmental compliance with internal policies and state and local laws
  • Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness of the delivery vehicle
  • Prevent diversion of cannabis to unauthorized persons
  • Assist inventory and sales teams as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager
