Job Requirements
- valid State CDL-Class B or A with passenger endorsement
- must have driven a bus or shuttle of 16 passengers or more within the last 12 months
- two to three years of operations management experience
- ability to access computer-based operational data systems
- proficiency in MS Office applications including Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint
- meet all requirements to receive airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal if applicable
- comply with post-accident testing and motor vehicle record checks
- ability to document and report injuries incidents accidents and irregular operations appropriately
- strong leadership and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- two to three years of proven operations management experience
- good communication skills both written and verbal
- good customer service skills
- knowledge of MS Office including Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint
- valid State CDL-Class B with Passenger Endorsement with minimum two years and no moving violations
- ability to meet requirements for airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal including ten-year work history if applicable
Job Duties
- access computer-based systems to review and interpret operational data
- create update and maintain Excel spreadsheets and monthly reports
- ensure continuous improvement of safety security and quality results by identifying analyzing and developing proactive solutions to challenges
- organize lead and attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- attend employee briefings and effectively communicate safety and quality initiatives
- train new and existing employees in safety security quality and job-specific policies and procedures
- conduct company vehicle driver training
