Job Requirements

  • valid driver’s license with no restrictions
  • possession of a DOT Medical Card
  • minimum six months experience in customer service or logistics
  • meets requirements of Intermountain Healthcare’s Motor Vehicle Driver Policy
  • at least 21 years old as required by DOT
  • ability to obtain valid CDL Medical Card within 30 days if assigned to Courier Services
  • experience using internet and email applications
  • ability to follow department procedures and practices
  • compliance with motor vehicle driver policy
  • physical ability to perform climbing, lifting, pulling/pushing, seeing, sitting, squatting/kneeling, standing, and walking

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • safely operate light or medium duty vehicles for delivery
  • provide high quality customer service to internal and external customers
  • deliver equipment, packages, specimens, and supplies accurately and promptly
  • communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • manage time and prioritize routes and tasks
  • comply with all motor vehicle and safety policies
  • adapt to changing work conditions and improve service processes
