Job Requirements

  • Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL)
  • Tanker and HazMat endorsements
  • Valid DOT medical card
  • Verifiable clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience delivering fuel or other hazardous materials
  • Willingness to stay overnight in the truck 4-5 nights per week for OTR drivers

Job Qualifications

  • Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL)
  • Tanker and HazMat endorsements
  • Valid DOT medical card
  • Verifiable clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience delivering fuel or other hazardous materials
  • Willingness to stay overnight in the truck 4-5 nights per week for OTR drivers
  • Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely under all driving and weather conditions
  • Basic mechanical aptitude for loading, unloading, and minor maintenance tasks
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, delivery tickets, and government regulations
  • Strong understanding of safety and compliance procedures
  • Basic math skills including volume, weight, and percentage calculations

Job Duties

  • Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues immediately
  • Safely load and deliver fuel products to customer locations
  • Ensure adequate product levels prior to departure from the facility
  • Operate vehicle safely and courteously at all times
  • Comply with all DOT regulations and traffic laws
  • Maintain communication with dispatch regarding delivery locations and timelines
  • Obtain refinery access credentials as required
  • Properly use and maintain all required safety equipment, including steel-toed boots
  • Provide prompt and professional customer service
  • Immediately report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to management
  • Treat customers and coworkers with respect and professionalism
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
