Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license for state of residency with excellent driving history
- Ability to obtain a Class A Commercial Driver’s License
- Ability to pass and maintain D.O.T. physical requirements
- CDL license (Class A with or without restrictions, Class B, or Permit) preferred but not required for hire
- Availability for early morning shifts (starting at 4:30 AM) and occasional Saturdays
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions including exposure to weather and non-temperature controlled storage areas
- Physical ability to lift repeatedly up to 75 pounds
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must reflect dependability and initiative

- Knowledge of beverage and delivery industry

- Previous experience in route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising products, or retail management strongly preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous lifting
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly

Job Duties
- Learn to drive a Class A CDL vehicle and obtain required licensing within 10 weeks of training start date
- Under supervision learn processes and gain the skills necessary to service customers using all equipment utilized in the delivery process such as invoicing using a handheld device
- Begin and end of shift check-in and out accounting procedures for cash and paperwork accountability
- Properly secure company assets and inventory while safely handling products upon delivery at customer locations
- Learn and develop merchandising habits and techniques to ensure customer and consumer satisfaction while ensuring company merchandising standards are met
- Understand how to execute commercial plans in customer outlets
- Develop good rotation practices and the importance of point of sales such as racks and shippers
- Learn to effectively build and maintain product displays, product facing, and brand order along with proper backroom management
- Develop customer service skills by engaging with customers to understand their needs and communicating customer service issues to the appropriate manager
- Responsible for promoting personal safety and safe use of equipment
- Learn and adhere to company safety standards and FMCSA rules regarding DOT and Hours of Service
