Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- two years of tortilleria experience or one year of management experience
- basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products
- ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers and printers
- good communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- friendly and courteous attitude
- strong customer service orientation
- self-motivated
Job Duties
- Plan, direct, and manage Tortilleria Department operations and performance
- train, coach, and monitor team members on their job duties
- ensure tortilleria products meet company quality, appearance, and weight standards
- maintain a clean, attractive department image
- greet customers and deliver extraordinary customer service
- respond to customer requests promptly
- enforce health and safety regulations and company policies
