Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of restaurant managerial experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
  • Must have or be able to obtain CFPM certification
  • Ability to travel between store locations and events
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Spanish language skills preferred
  • Experience using labor management software
  • Comfortable using technology and communication tools

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant managerial experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Higher education in business is a plus
  • Experience with Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certification or ability to obtain
  • Strong operational skills in fast-paced food service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable with technology and team collaboration tools
  • Ability to speak and write in Spanish preferred
  • Experience with Slack and Google Workspace preferred
  • Ability to travel between stores and events
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Drive sales through customer engagement and promotions
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust plans to meet goals
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Assess local market conditions and adapt offerings
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train staff
  • Motivate and coach team members
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
  • Manage inventory, orders, and waste control
  • Implement portion control and food handling procedures
  • Create and manage labor schedules
  • Ensure labor law compliance
  • Monitor labor productivity and optimize efficiency
  • Use labor management software to track hours
  • Monitor financial reports and identify improvement areas
  • Develop budgets and financial targets with operations
  • Implement best practices to increase revenue and reduce expenses
  • Ensure proper cash handling and reconciliation
  • Maintain relationships with local community and businesses
  • Represent restaurant at community events and sponsorships
  • Engage customers to build loyalty and increase foot traffic
  • Lead local outreach and community involvement efforts
