Job Duties
- Take and ring in accurate orders (phone and in person)
- Double-check every detail before the order goes out
- Handle payments and organize the to-go station
- Manage third-party delivery hand-offs smoothly
- Coordinate communication with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized takeaway area
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
