Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously when they arrive to pick up orders
- Manage and prepare to-go food orders ensuring accuracy and quality
- Monitor and maintain safety and sanitation standards in the to-go area
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and guests to ensure timely order completion
- Assist with curbside pickup orders delivering food to guests in their vehicles
- Provide guests with menu information and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Handle payment transactions and process orders using the point-of-sale system
