Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capability to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or food industry preferred
- Ability to use point of sale (POS) systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and welcome them with a smile
- Suggest beverages, appetizers, and desserts as additional items
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Pack prepared food and drink orders in appropriate containers to ensure completeness and safe transport
- Deliver or facilitate customer pickup of orders inside and outside the restaurant and handle transactions
- Thank customers and encourage repeat visits
- Follow all food safety standards
