Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capability to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or food industry preferred
  • Ability to use point of sale (POS) systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and welcome them with a smile
  • Suggest beverages, appetizers, and desserts as additional items
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • Pack prepared food and drink orders in appropriate containers to ensure completeness and safe transport
  • Deliver or facilitate customer pickup of orders inside and outside the restaurant and handle transactions
  • Thank customers and encourage repeat visits
  • Follow all food safety standards
